Professional Fees

Payment for your treatment is required at the time of your visit. This helps to keep down the cost of our services.

Insurance

We gladly accept all insurance plans for our patients and are happy to file claims on your behalf. You pay only your copays and deductibles and we wait for the insurance portion. We will be happy to contact your insurance company and will inform you regarding your coverage should you choose to seek treatment at our office. We will assist you so that you can best utilize and maximize your insurance coverage. We are currently a participating provider with the Delta Dental premier dental plan.

You may pay your portion of the visit by cash, check, check card, and most major credit cards are accepted. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

We have payment plans available through Care Credit patient payment plans. We do offer the six and twelve month no interest plans for major work only.
